And those pesky squirrels also like to get a drink out of the bird bath once in a while. Those same squirrels, or others, also have managed to pry the top off the bird feeder that stands nearby the birdbath. When they finally get the top off, they dig down inside and stuff themselves.
Well, by golly, daughter June found another so-called “squirrel-proof” feeder for a Father’s Day gift for me. I told her the one I had up there was supposed to be “squirrel-proof,” but that it wasn’t doing the job. Anyway, I have this new one up and we will see if it works.
