Ma­son is op­er­a­tions di­rec­tor for Queen­stown Out­lets

QUEEN­STOWN — Queen­stown Pre­mium Out­lets has named Sean Ma­son as the cen­ter’s new op­er­a­tions di­rec­tor. As Queen Anne’s County’s pre­mier shop­ping des­ti­na­tion, Queen­stown Pre­mium Out­lets is a fa­vorite among com­mu­nity mem­bers and neigh­bors for its qual­ity retail col­lec­tion, com­mu­nity in­volve­ment and im­pres­sive cus­tomer ser­vice. Ma­son will play an im­por­tant role in fur­ther en­hanc­ing the cen­ter’s rep­u­ta­tion while en­sur­ing op­ti­mal ef­fi­ciency of the cen­ter’s op­er­a­tions, ac­cord­ing to Pa­tri­cia Ca­hall, gen­eral man­ager.

With 13 years of man­age­ment ex­pe­ri­ence prior to his role at Queen­stown Pre­mium Out­lets, Ma­son re­cently served as the trans­porta­tion and at­ten­dant do­na­tion cen­ters op­er­a­tions man­ager for Good­will of Delaware and Delaware County. His re­spon­si­bil­i­ties in­cluded lo­gis­ti­cal per­for­mance, ware­hous­ing and stor­age, and manag­ing waste ex­penses through recycling ef­forts to drive rev­enue. Prior to Good­will, Ma­son worked in the fi­nan­cial arena of Citibank.
