Fair’s Pretty An­i­mal Con­test winners an­nounced

CEN­TRE­VILLE — A large crowd turned out at the Queen Anne’s County Fair Thurs­day night for the Pretty An­i­mal Con­test. Cos­tumed own­ers and an­i­mals, rang­ing in size from a rab­bits to horses, pa­raded around the Main Show Ring as their cre­ative stor y was read to the au­di­ence. With a record 30 con­tes­tants this year, the com­pe­ti­tion was tough.
