AAUW sched­ules used book sale

EAS­TON — The Amer­i­can As­so­ci­a­tion of Uni­ver­sity Women will hold a used book sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fri­day, Sept. 30, and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Satur­day, Oct. 1, at the Christ Epis­co­pal Church parish house in Eas­ton. In con­junc­tion with the book sale, there also will be a gen­tly used cos­tume jew­elry sale.

To do­nate books, DVDs, video tapes, CDs or jew­elry to the sale, bring them to the Christ Church parish house from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thurs­day, Sept. 29. No mag­a­zines, Na­tional Ge­o­graphic’s or text books will be ac­cepted. Do not leave books prior to that date.

The money raised will sup­port the ed­u­ca­tion foun­da­tion of the as­so­ci­a­tion. For more in­for­ma­tion, call Pa­tri­cia Crane at 410-819-3653.
