West Annapolis Artworks to feature several local artists
ANNAPOLIS — On Saturday, Oct. 1, West Annapolis Artworks will host members of the Working Artists Forum in an exciting new exhibition called “Visual Moments.” From Oct. 1-29, member artists of Working Artists Forum will present their latest work in oil, watercolor, pastel, acrylic and mixed media.
WAF is a non-profit organization of 90 painters living in and around the Eastern Shore — including Queen Anne’s County — who meet monthly in Easton at the Academy Art Museum for lectures, critiques and demonstrations Membership is established by a jury composed of fellow artists.
On Oct. 15, from 3 to 6 p.m., West Annapolis Artworks will hold a reception for the exhibiting artists. WAF invites their patrons to stop by the gallery, enjoy some light refreshment, meet the painters and see the delightful work they are doing.
