Rory is a female calico kitten and one of a litter of six kittens born here at the shelter that we call our ‘Gilmore Girls’ – named so because we knew they’d become adoptable just as the excitement for the new Gilmore Girl reunion show was really building. Rory is definitely the most adventurous of the kittens of the litter, the most likely to wander astray when roaming out and about – she’s very bold and very curious. She and her siblings were fostered after birth, so she is very well socialized and ready to find her new home. To see Rory, visit AWL fro 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday at the Animal Welfare League of Queen Anne’s County, 201 Clay Drive, Queenstown. Call 410-827-7178 or email adopt@awlqac.org to learn more.
