The event is scheduled for Nov. 19-21. Residents, businesses and organizations can adopt roads, parks, trails or school grounds. Public Works will supply gloves, vests and bags for recycling and trash.

More information and the interactive sign-up map is available at www. qac.org, or sign up at supply distribution locations starting Nov. 7. Locations are Chesapeake Heritage and Visitor Center, Kent Island Library, Centreville Library, the county Finance Office, Planning and Zoning and Public Works.

The county urges participants to use the interactive map and mark which roads they are working on so the crews know where to collect the bags on Monday afternoon.

All of the recyclables will be transported to Infinity Recycling in Millington for processing.

For more information call Public Works at 410-758-0920, check out www.QAC.org, email CleanUp@ qac.org or visit the Facebook page Queen Anne’s County Public Works.
