Books top boy’s list

Record Observer - - Front Page -

Tim loves to read, to him it’s an adventure or a place to runaway from the problems of the world. His teacher says he has read every book in the library and each of the books in her classroom at least twice.

Tim is only 9 years old and is a ferocious reader with an appetite for the adventures he loves to read about. He carries his favorite books

around with him wherever he goes in his well-loved, well-worn backpack.

Tim lives with his grandmother Lucy and says he has loved to read since a young age. Lucy would love to provide him with new books to read and a back pack to hold all his new adventures in.

Lucy raises and cares for Tim on her own and finds it hard to supply him with everything he needs especially school supplies. She wants to encourage his love of reading but says “groceries and lights come first.” Lucy asks for help so that

she can purchase Tim new school supplies, a backpack and a few new books. Your donation can help children like Tim and countless others have a Brighter Christmas.
