Q.– I need to know how to cook game: venison and fowl.
A.– The Library has two cooking books to help: “The Complete Guide to Hunting, butchering and Cooking Wild Game,” and “Duck Duck Goose Recipes and Techniques for Cooking Ducks and Geese.”
COLLECTION POINT The Library is a collection location for the Girl Scout Troop 163, that is asking for donations for people who were victims of the wildfires in Tennessee. Non-perishable food items and toiletries are needed.
CRAFT NIGHT The Library will hold one more craft night on Dec. 28 at 6:30 p.m., where registration is required. This is for adults and there will be limited space. The craft is Painted Mason Jar Snowman, and all materials will be provided. You may register by going to qaclibrary.org/calendar.
