CEN­TRE­VILLE — The Queen Anne’s County Com­mis­sion­ers filled two va­can­cies on the An­i­mal Con­trol Com­mis­sion Tues­day, Jan. 10, by a unan­i­mous vote.

Robert Mueller was re-ap­pointed and Kathy Trot­ter was ap­pointed to the com­mis­sion, serv­ing a three-year term that be­gins im­me­di­ately and ends Dec. 31, 2019.

The An­i­mal Con­trol Com­mis­sion ad­vises the com­mis­sion­ers re­gard­ing poli­cies of an­i­mal con­trol in the county and, when ap­pro­pri­ate, brings pub­lic in­ter­est matters to the county ad­min­is­tra­tor. The com­mis­sion meets the fourth Tues­day of the month at the Vincit Build­ing in Cen­tre­ville.

Other mem­bers of the com­mis­sion are Tom Gan­non, Scott Haas, T. Humphries, John McQueeney and John Nick­er­son.
