A Stevensville woman is being held on $20,000 bond after she allegedly went on a shooting spree in the Bay City community last Thursday night, according to state police.
Terry Denise Haynes, 33, of Zaidee Drive in Bay City, has been charged with three counts of assault with intent to murder, three counts of assault with intent to maim, two counts of disorderly conduct, two counts of reckless endangerment, malicious destruction of property, using a handgun during commission of a crime and driving while intoxicated, police said.
Haynes allegedly became involved in a dispute with neighbors, Charles David May, Jackie Melin Anderson, and her husband, Jefferson Lee Haynes, on nearby Paul Lane shortly after 10 p.m. She then went back to her home, returned in her car and proceeded to ram May’s pickup, police said.
Haynes again returned to her home and got a .22 caliber handgun and 200 rounds of ammunition, fired at her car and her husband’s, and proceeded back to the Paul Lane residence while firing out her window randomly, according to police. She then fired at May, Anderson,
