Of the four people who spoke at a public hearing recently on the future of the Kent Narrows, two were more concerned with what was not included in a proposed zoning ordinance or a development plan the Queen Anne’s County Commissioners now are considering.
The proposals need to include a noise ordinance too they said.
“I don’t see a development plan going forward without noise being considered,” said Frank Beachley, president of the Oyster Cover Homeowners Association, representing about 100 home owners who live along the Grasonville side of the Narrows.
Resident on both sides of the Narrows have often complained about loud music
