Fitness studio Sculpt to open Saturday
CHESTER — Jennifer Wall and Sharon Guaraldo announce the grand opening of their business, Sculpt Kent Island, from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 1. The official ribbon-cutting ceremony will kick off this event and will be followed by live class demonstrations where visitors can meet the trainers and experience the fusion fitness exercise program. The fitness studio is located in the Red Apple Town Center, 800 Abruzzi Drive, Suite F.
This fusion fitness studio will feature group classes for all exercise levels, led by a certified trainer, a young athlete program and personal training sessions.
“We are so excited to bring this one of a kind, high energy, form of fitness to this area,” said Jennifer Wall, owner and certified trainer at Sculpt, “I truly believe that Fusion Fitness is addictive. Quite simply I have found that my clients are never bored. We take different disciplines of exercise such as kickboxing, Pilates, Tabata, yoga, strength and conditioning, to name a few, and combine them into one results driven workout.”
Combining different types of exercise modalities into your workout is proven to help the body develop more strength, agility, balance and coordination than a single exercise discipline, Wall said.
Wall and Guaraldo are also excited to announce the addition of a former American Ninja Warrior competitor to their staff.
