Cross Street Realtors holds ribbon-cutting
STEVENSVILLE — Cross Street Realtors held a ribbon-cutting at the company’s new branch office at 300A Island Professional Park, Stevensville, immediately followed by a luncheon at Fisherman’s Inn in Grasonville on Wednesday, April 5.
The main office is at 201 South Cross Street in Chestertown and the company has been in existence since 2009. The ribbon-cutting at the branch office marks the first day it has been open.
Sales Associate Tina Brown is at the Stevensville office most of the time, but it’s best to call for an appointment to make sure someone is there. Shortly the new office will be manned during office hours, said Stacy Kendall, owner and broker.
Other owners of the business include Joe Hickman and Clint Evans. Besides being an owner, Evans is the manager of the new location.
Named after the street the business is located on in Chestertown, the real estate office sells residential, vacant lots, farms, and waterfront properties. They also handle rental housing.
Kendall describes the business as a speciality. “Just because we have a license doesn’t mean you can be with us .... We pride ourselves on our customers. We are authentic and trustworthy .... We build relationships, clients and customers, and we attribute our success to that,” she said.
Sarah Dean, sales associate, said the business provides its clients with tailored marking plans for each individual the business lists and acclimate buyers to the area. “We introduce buyers to the area,” she said.
