New show opens Saturday at Centre for the Arts
CENTREVILLE — The imagery of graphic design and digital illustration will be on display at the Queen Anne’s County Centre for the Arts in Centreville beginning July 15 in an exhibition entitled, “Director’s Circle.” Works from four nationally recognized designers will be included in the show.
Jennifer Schuster is a graphic designer and web designer and a professor at Anne Arundel Community College. She has undergraduate degree from James Madison University and a master’s from Maryland Institute of Art.
Audrey McGuirk specializes in digital marketing and has worked with large companies and nonprofits as they developed their communications strategy and branding.
Bill Senge, with more than 35 years’ experience in graphic arts and marketing, has served as the art director and designer for nationally and internationally recognized advertising firms.
Arts Council Director Rick Strittmater has worked extensively with advertising firms, corporations, museums and exhibit firms to develop marketing pieces and communications and branding strategies. He is the principle of Blackpool Design Group.
Guests are invited to attend the opening cocktail reception from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, July 15, at the Centre for the Arts, 206 S. Commerce St., Centreville.
