GRA­SONVILLE — Pas­tor An­nie Mable Ewell, of Gra­sonville, Md., de­parted this life on Mon­day, Aug. 14, 2017. She was 61.

Pas­tor Ewell cher­ish her mem­o­ries, her daugh­ters: Deayna Ewell and Sarah Moore; one sis­ter, Edith M. Wat­son; one brother, Wil­liam A. Ewell; five grand- chil­dren: Kirtreese, Kir­shay, Sariah, My­ona, Amiah; and host of nieces, neph­ews, cousins and friends.

A view­ings was held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thurs­day, Aug. 24, from at In God We Trust Church Min­istries, 501 Ceme­tery Road, Gra­sonville, Md. An­other view­ing is set from noon to 1 p.m. Fri­day, Aug. 25, at Robin­sons A.M.E. Church, 823 Ceme­tery Road, Gra­sonville, Md., and Tri­umphant Re­turn Ser­vices to fol­low at 1 p.m.

Tony was born Jan. 30, 1932, in Cen­tre­ville, Md. Once he grad­u­ated from high school, he en­listed in the United States Air Force where he served over­seas in Ja­pan for four years. Af­ter his hon­or­able dis­charge, Tony came back home where he met, and mar­ried, the love of his life, Pa­tri­cia (Patty) Koen­e­man. They were soon joined by three daugh­ters: Dawn, Toni and Crys­tal.

Tony re­tired from C&P Tele­phone Com­pany af­ter work­ing 43 years. He and Patty en­joyed re­tire­ment, danc­ing, crab­bing and play­ing golf. He also en­joyed be­ing a mem­ber at the Amer­i­can Le­gion Post 278 in Kent Is­land and VFW Post 5118 in Eas­ton, Md.

A cel­e­bra­tion of his life will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. on Fri­day, Sept. 8, in the Kent Is­land Amer­i­can Le­gion Post 278, 800 Ro­man­coke Road, Stevensville, Md.
