Pastor Annie Mable Ewell
GRASONVILLE — Pastor Annie Mable Ewell, of Grasonville, Md., departed this life on Monday, Aug. 14, 2017. She was 61.
Pastor Ewell cherish her memories, her daughters: Deayna Ewell and Sarah Moore; one sister, Edith M. Watson; one brother, William A. Ewell; five grand- children: Kirtreese, Kirshay, Sariah, Myona, Amiah; and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A viewings was held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 24, from at In God We Trust Church Ministries, 501 Cemetery Road, Grasonville, Md. Another viewing is set from noon to 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25, at Robinsons A.M.E. Church, 823 Cemetery Road, Grasonville, Md., and Triumphant Return Services to follow at 1 p.m.

Tony was born Jan. 30, 1932, in Centreville, Md. Once he graduated from high school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force where he served overseas in Japan for four years. After his honorable discharge, Tony came back home where he met, and married, the love of his life, Patricia (Patty) Koeneman. They were soon joined by three daughters: Dawn, Toni and Crystal.
Tony retired from C&P Telephone Company after working 43 years. He and Patty enjoyed retirement, dancing, crabbing and playing golf. He also enjoyed being a member at the American Legion Post 278 in Kent Island and VFW Post 5118 in Easton, Md.
A celebration of his life will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 8, in the Kent Island American Legion Post 278, 800 Romancoke Road, Stevensville, Md.
