Attendees will leave this presentation with strategies on how to get what they need for themselves or their loved ones without going broke.

Other topics include exercising with a disability or after surgery, nutrition, aging in place and disaster preparedness. There will be vendor resources, giveaways, free door prizes and free lunch.

Free light breakfast and doors open at 9 a.m., and the conference is from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Space is limited; attendees must register by Sept. 22.
