COM­PUTER BOOT

CAMP You must reg­is­ter for the Com­puter Boot Camp to be held at the Li­brary four days at the end of Septem­ber. This se­ries of classes for the raw re­cruit will jump­start your tech skills with four days of ba­sic com­puter classes. Each 45-minute class will be­gin at 9 a.m.: Sept. 25, Mouse and Key­board Drills; Sept 26, Nav­i­gat­ing Win­dows; Sept. 27, Ex­plor­ing the In­ter­net; Sept. 28, In­ter­net Search Tac­tics.

She will be here on Sept. 27 from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Sign up for your space to see her as pri­or­ity will be given to those who reg­is­ter. It is filled with Mary­land and Queen Anne’s County re­search ma­te­rial. ••• TEA WITH KATH­LEEN Reg­is­tra­tion is rec­om­mended, but not re­quired, for Sun­day, Sept. 24, to have a ses­sion with Kath­leen of “Crime and a Cuppa.” From 2 to 3 p.m. Kath­leen Wil­son will re­turn you to the Bri­tish Isles for great mys­tery se­ries au­thors. Other no­table books will also be in­tro­duced. En­joy a cup of tea on a fall Sun­day af­ter­noon with Kath­leen.

••• SE­NIOR AGE YOGA The Ev­ery Body Yoga folks will join the Li­brary on Sept. 30 at 10 a.m. for a yoga class just for se­niors (55 and older). This is open to all lev­els to im­prove your strength, flex­i­bil­ity and mobility through stand­ing or seated yoga poses adapted for those se­niors at any level of health and fit­ness. Reg­is­tra­tion is also re­quired for this class, so sign up to­day!
