House sends parting wishes to McClellan
The House of Delegates sent off Del. Jennifer L. McClellan on Thursday with three standing ovations and a series of bipartisan speeches praising her decade of service in the House.

Democratic colleagues lauded McClellan as a strong advocate for women and civil rights. More strikingly, the commendations continued on the Republican side of the room.
