$3K reward offered in 2016 case of missing Richmond woman, 23
Keeshae Jacobs has not been heard from since Sept. 26, 2016. Family and friends are offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in her disappearance more than two years ago.
The day she went miss- ing, she told a family mem- ber she would see them the following day, according to police. When Jacobs did not return to her home in the Westover neighborhood, family immediately contacted police.
Given how long she has been missing, with no sign of her, police say they suspect foul play.
Jacobs is now 23 years old — she was 21 at the time of her disappearance. She’s a black female standing 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing about 100 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing black basketball shorts, pink and black Nike basketball shoes, and a pink scarf. She has tattoos of a leaf on her right foot, paws on her right leg and a flower on her right hand.
Anyone who has knowledge or information about her whereabouts or disappearance is asked to call Major Crimes Detective W. Thompson at (804) 6463925 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000 or www.7801000. com or the P3 smartphone app. All Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
