The 45th an­nual Ar­muchee La­bor Day Blue­grass Fes­ti­val

will be held Thurs­day through Sun­day at Ar­muchee Mu­sic Park, 899 Turkey Moun­tain Road. Phyl­lis Cole of the At­lanta Coun­try Mu­sic Hall of Fame will em­cee. The fes­tiv­i­ties will be­gin at 6 p.m. on Thurs­day, 4:45 p.m. on Fri­day and 10:45 a.m. on Satur­day. A wor­ship ser­vice will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Sun­day. Three-day passes are $21 each. Elec­tric and wa­ter hookups are $15 per night, elec­tric hook-ups are $10 per night and tent camp­ing is $5 per night. The 28th an­nual Run­ning Wa­ter Pow Wow will be held Satur­day and Sun­day at Ridge Ferry Park, 363 River­side Park­way. The gates will be open on Satur­day from 10 a.m.10 p.m. and on Sun­day from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Grand en­try is at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Satur­day and at 1 p.m. on Sun­day. Tick­ets sold at the gate. Ad­mis­sion is $8 for ages 13-64. Ages 12 and younger and 65 and older get in free.

Ro­man Holiday, the city of Rome’s pub­lic ex­cur­sion boat, is of­fer­ing the sum­mer’s fi­nal pub­lic tour at 2 p.m. on Sun­day. Each tour is lim­ited to 40 pas­sen­gers.
