Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union awards $45K in grants

Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union announced its 2020 Classroom Cash Grants program recipients.

More than $45,000 was awarded to 64 educators spanning 51 schools across metro Detroit. The grants, worth up to $750 each, help with the implementa­tion of learning experience­s that foster students’ exploratio­n, independen­t thinking and problem solving. This year, grants also aid in virtual learning and help to keep educators and students safe from COVID-19.
