An investigation continues into a Nov. 28 home invasion in West Bloomfield, with the suspect’s image captured on a Ring security system.

Police said the break-in triggered an alarm at the residence on Mirror Lake Road at 4:01 p.m. that day. Responding officers determined forced entry through the front door. No one was home at the time and no suspects were found in the residence, police said.

Nothing was reported stolen.

The Ring video shows a white male walking around the home seconds prior to the breaking and entering, police said. He’s described as a tall, white male, 40 to 50 years old, who was wearing a royal blue Mercedes hat, black coat, blue jeans, and black Nike shoes with white soles.

The suspect was seen getting into the passenger side of a newer model silver Ford Edge with a white front license plate. The driver of the vehicle appeared to be a female, police said.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect is asked to contact Detective Katie Roshirt at 248-975-8917.
