Sheriff: Waterford man found dead in Pontiac, suffered gunshot wound

The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an apparent homicide after a 26-year-old Waterford Township man was found dead in a car in Pontiac on Wednesday morning. The victim has been identified as Antonio Allen-Marquise Munson. Sheriff’s deputies and a crew from Star EMS were called to D’Anton’s Coney Island, 411 W. Huron Street, at 9:47 a.m. by someone described as Munson’s friend. He and Munson’s sister had reportedly gone looking for him after he went missing and then located him inside a car in the business’s parking lot, the sheriff’s office said. Munson had been shot and was dead at the scene, the sheriff’s office said.
