SAIL - - Feedback -

I live on my boyfriend’s 1981 Santana 35, Stitch. We are anchored in the Dinner Key North Anchorage in Miami, FL. We evacuated to my Dad’s house in the Redlands, FL when Irma was on its way. While we are still trying to determine the full extent of damages, we know that a full replacement of our electrical systems (solar panel, batteries, charge controller and a portion of the wiring) is necessary. We will also need to rebed the rail on the port side and do some chain plate repair on the starboard side. We’re hoping the water clears up enough to dive the bottom and discover what she looks like under the water. Dinner Key Basin has been my home for seven years and when we needed a place to spend hurricane season I suggested coming back here where we both discovered life on the water.
