FUELING UP

SAIL - - Feedback -

I was returning to my home port of Clinton on Long Island Sound after a recent daysail on my 1974 Bayfield 25, Nancy Leigh. I keep her at Harborside Marina on the Hammonasset River where I have been the only sailboat for 20 years, surrounded by expensive hot-rod power boats. Last night I walked down the dock with two empty one-gallon gasoline containers and loudly announced how annoyed I was that I had to fill both of them. There were a few groans. I love your magazine.
