— C V Ramachandran, Old Greenwich, CT I chartered a Sunsail catamaran in the BVIs in May, and it was great sailing. I took this picture on the last evening at Soper’s Bay. (Our cat is in the center.) It looks idyllic, but if you look closer there are signs of damage all along the coast.

— Jaime Rodriguez, Miami, FL We pulled out the drone to take this shot while testing a Tartan 4300 on Biscayne Bay. The wind was around 9 knots and the water very calm.

This photo was snapped from the Hunter 340 Sunspot Baby while competing in the Galveston Bay Cruising Association Rum Race #6 on Galveston Bay. On the first leg, a double rainbow appeared in front of us and stretched out to starboard. — Bill Tarnick, Baytown, TX

This passenger briefly hitched a ride on our Jeanneau 45 DS, Abraxas, moored in Man o’ War harbor in the Abacos, Bahamas. He departed soon after this shot was taken, fortunately without leaving a calling card. — Jim Edenfield, Ft Worth, TX
