Texas A&M up­date: The Ag­gies will be with­out start­ing left guard Jared Hocker for a sec­ond con­sec­u­tive week. Con­nor Lan­fear, Keaton Suther­land and Ryan McCol­lum con­tinue to ro­tate at the two guard slots. … Re­ceiver Jha­mon Aus­bon is ex­pected to be back in ac­tion af­ter miss­ing the past four games with a foot in­jury. … For a third con­sec­u­tive week, the Ag­gies are try­ing to be­come bowlel­i­gi­ble for a 10th sea­son in a row.

Mis­sis­sippi up­date: The Rebels have won three of their past four games against the Ag­gies, in­clud­ing the past two at Kyle Field. … Mis­sis­sippi leads the SEC in pass­ing (353 yards per game) and is sec­ond in to­tal of­fense (547 ypg) and scor­ing (39 points per game). … The Rebels are last in the league in to­tal de­fense (al­low­ing 499 ypg), rush­ing de­fense (al­low­ing 210 ypg) and pass de­fense (al­low­ing 289 ypg).
