Man stabbed in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood
A man was fighting for his life after he was pushed to the ground and stabbed in the stomach on Saturday in the Tenderloin neighborhood of San Francisco, officials said.
The 41-year-old victim was standing at Larkin and Myrtle streets near Sgt. John Macaulay Park at about 2:46 a.m. when he was pushed to the ground and stabbed by an assailant who fled the scene and has yet to be identified, according to the San Francisco Police Department.
The victim made it on his own to a hospital, where his injuries were determined to be life-threatening, police said. No arrests have been made.
