_1 Alec Bald­win ar­rest: Ac­tor Alec Bald­win is deny­ing that he punched any­one over a park­ing spot. The ac­tor was ar­rested Fri­day and charged with as­sault af­ter al­legedly hit­ting an­other man in the face dur­ing a dis­pute over a park­ing spot in New York City. The ac­tor later tweeted that “the as­ser­tion that I punched any­one over a park­ing spot is false.” Bald­win, 60, told po­lice a fam­ily mem­ber was hold­ing the spot in front of his Man­hat­tan home when a mo­torist pulled up and took it. The driver told po­lice Bald­win hit him. Bald­win was or­dered to ap­pear in court Nov. 26.

_2 Ware­house col­lapse: Two peo­ple were killed when part of an Ama­zon dis­tri­bu­tion ware­house in Bal­ti­more col­lapsed dur­ing a se­vere storm, a spokes­woman for the re­tail gi­ant said Satur­day. The men worked for an out­side con­trac­tor, spokes­woman Rachael Lighty said. No one else was in­jured when se­vere storms with strong winds tore through Mary­land on Fri­day night. One man was found un­der de­bris Fri­day and later pro­nounced dead, while the sec­ond man’s body was re­cov­ered un­der rub­ble Satur­day. Of­fi­cials said a 50-foot wall at the ware­house col­lapsed.

_3 Mother killed: A 15-year-old Florida boy was charged Satur­day in his mother’s stran­gu­la­tion death at their home in DeBary af­ter her body was found, au­thor­i­ties said. Sher­iff Mike Chit­wood said the teenager was ar­rested af­ter the body of Gail Cleav­enger, 46, was found un­der a church fire pit. In­ves­ti­ga­tors say the boy killed her af­ter they ar­gued about his school grades. Af­ter the killing, au­thor­i­ties said the boy called friends to help him make it look like some­one had bur­glar­ized the home. The boy ini­tially told deputies his mother was miss­ing. The two 17-year-old friends face mul­ti­ple charges.

_4 Teach­ers dis­ci­plined: Four­teen staff mem­bers at an Idaho school dis­trict who donned car­i­ca­tured out­fits de­pict­ing Mex­i­cans and a border wall em­bla­zoned with “Make Amer­ica Great Again” have been placed on paid ad­min­is­tra­tive leave. Mid­dle­ton School Dis­trict su­per­in­ten­dent Josh Mid­dle­ton an­nounced the de­ci­sion Satur­day at a spe­cial school board meet­ing. Pho­tos were posted to the dis­trict’s Face­book page Thurs­day night and later re­moved.

_5 Four killed: Three Girl Scouts and one woman col­lect­ing trash in Lake Hal­lie, Wis., were killed Satur­day in a hit-and-run crash, au­thor­i­ties said. Po­lice Sgt. Daniel Sokup said the driver of the pickup that hit the group fled the scene but later turned him­self in. A fourth girl was in crit­i­cal con­di­tion. The crash hap­pened as the girls were pick­ing up lit­ter in Lake Hal­lie, a vil­lage about 95 miles east of Min­neapo­lis. The pickup truck veered off the road and hit the group.
