Su­per­in­ten­dent Ac­cepts State Rep­re­sen­ta­tive Mike McKell’s Chal­lenge

State Rep­re­sen­ta­tive Mike McKell of Dis­trict 66 chal­lenged Nebo School Dis­trict Su­per­in­ten­dent Rick Nielsen to take the Ice Bucket Chal­lenge on Au­gust 29th. Rep­re­sen­ta­tive McKell of­fered to give Nebo Ed­u­ca­tion Foun­da­tion $500 to go to­wards teacher grants for the school dis­trict.

Su­per­in­ten­dent Nielsen then of­fered the Ice Bucket Chal­lenge to Cody Hughes, Su­per­in­ten­dent of Tin­tic Schools, and Chris Helvey, Su­per­in­ten­dent of Free­dom Prep Academy. If they ac­cept the chal­lenge, Nebo’s Su­per­in­ten­dent will give both schools the bus that they re­quested.
