Jolley’s Ranch open for winter rec
A variety of winter recreation activities including tubing, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are now available at Springville City’s Jolley’s Ranch, located seven miles from I-15 in Hobble Creek Canyon.
Nearly five miles of groomed trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are available along witha tubing and sledding hill and parking areas for snowmobilers. Visitors can bring their own tubes and sleds or they can rent a tube for $2. There are heated restrooms and a warming shelter available as well.
Hours for winter recreation at Jolley’s Ranch are: Saturdays and Sundays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesdays and Wednesdays, noon to 8 p.m.; closed Mondays and Thursdays.
Day rates range from $6 to $15 depending on the activity (or activities) desired. Child, adult and family prices are availabe as are season passes. Day rates include equipment rental (except tubing). Group pricing is available; call 801-4892770 to make arrangements for groups.
