Jol­ley’s Ranch open for win­ter rec

A va­ri­ety of win­ter recre­ation ac­tiv­i­ties in­clud­ing tub­ing, cross-coun­try ski­ing and snow­shoe­ing are now avail­able at Springville City’s Jol­ley’s Ranch, lo­cated seven miles from I-15 in Hob­ble Creek Canyon.

Nearly five miles of groomed trails for cross-coun­try ski­ing and snow­shoe­ing are avail­able along witha tub­ing and sled­ding hill and park­ing ar­eas for snow­mo­bil­ers. Vis­i­tors can bring their own tubes and sleds or they can rent a tube for $2. There are heated re­strooms and a warm­ing shel­ter avail­able as well.

Hours for win­ter recre­ation at Jol­ley’s Ranch are: Satur­days and Sun­days, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tues­days and Wed­nes­days, noon to 8 p.m.; closed Mon­days and Thurs­days.

Day rates range from $6 to $15 de­pend­ing on the ac­tiv­ity (or ac­tiv­i­ties) de­sired. Child, adult and fam­ily prices are avail­abe as are sea­son passes. Day rates in­clude equip­ment rental (ex­cept tub­ing). Group pric­ing is avail­able; call 801-4892770 to make ar­range­ments for groups.
