History fair well attended
The more-than-230 people who attended the first Springville Family History Fair on Oct. 15 at the Hobble Creek Stake Center had a delightful time and learned new concepts in genealogical research and documentation. They also were inspired by the remarks of keynote speaker President Cliff Park of the Springville Dry Creek Stake.
The fair, with the theme “Journey Through Time,” was sponsored by the eight Springville stakes and the Springville Family History Center. Many attendees learned about the new zoning program to help index names in newspapers. Others learned how to involve their families and help them get to know their ancestors.
