Monday: Brown sugar glazed ham, candied sweet potatoes, green peas with red peppers, wholewheat bread and hot spiced peaches.
Tuesday: Turkey sandwich on wholewheat bread with lettuce, tomato, onions and Swiss cheese, coleslaw, banana and an oatmeal cookie.
Wednesday: Meatballs with brown gravy, oven potatoes, peas and carrots, wholewheat roll and fruited cherry gelatin.
Thursday: Cobb salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, bacon, boiled eggs, grilled chicken, cheese, wholewheat crackers and a yogurt cup.
Friday: Barbecue pork on a wholewheat bun, lettuce and tomato, potato salad, seasoned navy beans and hot cinnamon apples.
Monday: Chicken sandwich on a wholewheat bun with lettuce, tomato and onion, three bean salad, coleslaw and fruit medley.
Tuesday: Beef pasta casserole, veggie medley, garlic bread and melon cubes.
Wednesday: Oregano chicken, garden blend rice, green beans, wholewheat bread and angel food cake.
Thursday: Beef tips with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, veggie medley, peaches and wholewheat bread.
Friday: Chef salad with turkey, ham, cheese, tomato, carrot, onion, cucumber and dressing, wholewheat crackers and watermelon.
Monday: Chicken tenders, cream gravy, herbed corn, steamed cabbage, peaches and wholewheat bread.
Tuesday: Oven roasted pork loin, steamed broccoli with cheese, carrot and raisin salad, wholewheat bread and fruit cocktail cake.
Wednesday: Chicken salad stuffed tomato on a bed of lettuce, potato salad, wholewheat crackers, fruit cup and oatmeal cookie.
Thursday: Smothered hamburger steak with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, cornbread and melon slices.
Friday: Seasoned chicken breast, fluffy rice, green beans, cucumber tomato salad, wholewheat bread and cook’s choice dessert.
Monday: Strawberry sensation salad with mixed greens, grilled chicken and strawberries, a fruit cup, lemon iced cookies and wholewheat crackers.
Tuesday: Stuffed bell peppers, rice, squash medley, wholewheat bread and pears.
Wednesday: Beef taco salad with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and beans, tortilla chips, salsa, vanilla ice cream and strawberries.
Thursday: Ranch chicken, whipped sweet potatoes, baby lima beans, wholewheat bread and melon cubes.
Friday: Ham and navy beans, Harvard beets, zucchini and tomatoes, cornbread and oranges.
The Siloam Springs Senior Activity and Wellness Center is located at 750 Heritage Ct. Meals are served at noon at the center and are also available for delivery. The suggested donation for meals is $3 for seniors and $6 for those under 60. For more information call 479-524-5735.
