Wed­nes­day: Beef tips, brown gravy, mashed pota­toes, mixed veg­gies, apri­cots and a wheat roll.

Thurs­day: Chef salad with diced turkey, ham, cheese, tomato, cu­cum­ber, dress­ing, whole­wheat crack­ers and pineap­ple with cot­tage cheese.

Fri­day: Chicken breast (no bread­ing), gar­den blend rice, sea­soned green beans, an­gel food cake and wheat bread.

Sept. 11-15

Mon­day: Chicken ten­ders, cream gravy, corn with red and green pep­pers, stewed toma­toes, bis­cuit and peaches.

Tues­day: Pork roast with gravy, steamed broc­coli with cheese sauce, car­rot and raisin salad, cake and wheat bread.

Wed­nes­day: Sea­soned chicken breast, fluffy white rice, green beans, cu­cum­ber and tomato salad, cook’s choice dessert and wheat bread.

Thurs­day: Ham­burger steak, brown gravy, mashed pota­toes, glazed car­rots, melon cubes and wheat roll.

Fri­day: Chicken salad on bed of let­tuce, tomato wedges, fruit cup, oat­meal cookie and wheat crack­ers.

Sept. 18-22

Mon­day: Bar­be­cue chicken breast, sweet pota­toes, Lima beans, fruit and wheat bread.

Tues­day: Meat­loaf, mashed pota­toes, brown gravy, Brus­sels sprouts, choco­late brownie and wheat roll.

Wed­nes­day: Navy beans and ham, small tossed salad, zuc­chini and toma­toes, or­ange wedge and corn­bread.

Thurs­day: Straw­berry salad with grilled chicken strips, fresh straw­ber­ries, mixed greens, moz­zarella cheese, wal­nuts, cookie and wheat crack­ers.

Fri­day: Stuffed bell pep­per, Har­vard beets, wa­ter­melon, cook’s choice dessert and wheat bread.

Sept. 25-29

Mon­day: Turkey and Swiss cheese sand­wwich on whole wheat bun, let­tuce, tomato, coleslaw, ba­nana and choco­late cake.

Tues­day: Ital­ian spaghetti with meat sauce, peas and car­rots, fruited gelatin and gar­lic toast.

Wed­nes­day: Chicken fried steak, cream gravy, mashed pota­toes, green beans, pear half and wheat bread.

Thurs­day: Cobb salad with boiled egg, mixed greens, cheese, ba­con bits, grilled chicken, wheat crack­ers and a yo­gurt cup.

Fri­day: Bar­be­cue beef on whole wheat bun, baked beans, potato salad and hot spiced cin­na­mon ap­ples.
