Sharon Kay Dozier

Sharon Kay Ro­bi­son Dozier, 62, of Gravette, Ark., died Aug. 25, 2018, at Mercy Med­i­cal Cen­ter in Rogers, Ark.

She was born June 14, 1956, in Siloam Springs, Ark., to Bill Ro­bi­son and Jo Ann Lay­ton Ro­bi­son. She mar­ried Wil­liam Dozier in 1972, at Gum Springs Bap­tist Church in Siloam Springs, Ark. She grad­u­ated from Siloam Springs High School and went to Ok­la­homa Wes­leyan Univer­sity, in Bartlesville, Okla., where she was a mem­ber of Al­pha Sigma Lambda. She grad­u­ated with a bach­e­lor’s de­gree in busi­ness ad­min­is­tra­tion.

She was an or­dained Chris­tian min­is­ter, worked at McKee Foods for more than 20 years and then in her last years, she home schooled her grand­chil­dren. She loved mu­sic and taught Sun­day School for sev­eral years. She was very ac­tive in the Liv­ing Wa­ters Min­istry in Decatur, Ark.

She was pre­ceded in death by her fa­ther, Bill Ro­bi­son; and a son, Joseph Wade Dozier.

She is sur­vived by her hus­band; a son, Ray­mond Dozier and wife Anna of Gravette; her mother, Jo Ann Ro­bi­son of Siloam Springs; six grand­chil­dren; one sis­ter, Deb­bie Nel­son of Siloam Springs; and two broth­ers, Billy Ray Ro­bi­son Jr and wife Carla, of Siloam Springs and Jimmy Dale Ro­bi­son of Al­ta­mont, Kan.

Memo­rial ser­vices will be 2 p.m. Fri­day, Aug. 31, 2018, at Was­son Memo­rial Chapel in Siloam Springs, Ark., with Janet Long and Dorothy Wall of­fi­ci­at­ing.

Clark El­lis

Clark El­lis, 59 of Col­cord, Ok­la­homa, died August 25, 2018, at his home. Born April 7, 1959, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, the son of J.C. El­lis and Beryl Spencer VanDyke. Clark was a pro­fes­sional mu­si­cian and an elec­tron­ics tech­ni­cian. He at­tended Col­cord Church of Christ.

He was pre­ceded in death by his fa­ther, J.C.; step­fa­ther, Gay­land VanDyke; and a brother, Keith El­lis.

Sur­vivors in­clude daugh­ter, Jamie El­lis Tims and hus­band Bryan of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; grand­chil­dren, Sarah and Spencer Stephenson; two step­grand­chil­dren; mother, Beryl VanDyke of Decatur, Arkansas; broth­ers, Lex El­lis and wife Re­nea of Siloam Springs; Tracy El­lis and wife Teresa of Tulsa, Ok­la­homa; Steve El­lis and wife Patti of Col­cord, Ok­la­homa; Kevin El­lis of Vinita, Ok­la­homa; step­broth­ers, Stephen VanDyke and Phillip VanDyke; step­sis­ters, Mel­lody Panzer; Missy Mehringer; Vanessa Wendt; and a num­ber of nieces and neph­ews.

Fu­neral ser­vices will be 10 a.m. Wed­nes­day, August 29, 2018, at Was­son Memo­rial Chapel, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Burial will fol­low at Row Ceme­tery, Col­cord, Ok­la­homa.
