COL­CORD, Okla. — The Col­cord (Okla.) Hor­nets im­proved to 3-0 on the sea­son with a 40-0 win Fri­day against Porter at Hor­net Sta­dium.

Af­ter a score­less first quar­ter, Col­cord scored 24 points in the sec­ond quar­ter and 16 more in the third in the blowout win. Raven Difran­cisco and Blake Gonzales each topped 100-yards rush­ing for Col­cord. Difran­cisco car­ried 12 times for 167 yards and scored three touch­downs. He also com­pleted 8 of 21 passes for 70 yards and a touch­down. Gonzales rushed 11 times for 110 yards and two scores and caught three passes for 30, while Reece Beachamp had nine car­ries for 86 yards. Chad Ken­drick also caught seven passes for 24 yards.

The Hor­nets to­taled 463 yards of of­fense, in­clud­ing 393 on the ground.

Col­cord re­turns to ac­tion this week at home against Qua­paw for home­com­ing.

Kansas 32, Westville 14 WESTVILLE, Okla. — Kansas im­proved to 2-1 on the sea­son with a road vic­tory over the Yel­low­jack­ets.

Daris Glass led Kansas with 102 yards on 22 car­ries and scored two touch­downs. Eas­ton Wig­gins had 80 yards rush­ing and a TD and 112 yards pass­ing and and two TD, both to re­ceiver Chance Kolysko, who had 51 re­ceiv­ing yards. Jager Pifer and Glass each had 12 tack­les on de­fense.

The Comets re­turn to ac­tion this week at home against Nowata.

Cave Springs 22

WATTS, Okla. — The En­gi­neers im­proved to 3-0 to start the sea­son with a 44-22 win against Cave Springs.

Blayne Har­lin rushed 15 times for 126 yards and three touch­downs and caught one pass for a 27-yard touch­down. Kenny Tush added a 24-yard re­ceiv­ing touch­down for the En­gi­neers.

Watts re­turns to ac­tion next week at Po­rum.
