Ten­der Maple Glazed Pork Chops

Ten­der pork chops are cooked in a maple glaze that makes ev­ery bite ab­so­lutely suc­cu­lent. The hearty en­tree de­liv­ers big fla­vor with­out a lot of fuss. —Taste of Home Test Kitchen

Takes: 30 min. • Makes: 4 serv­ings

4 bone­less pork loin chops (1 in. thick and 6 oz. each)

1 tsp. minced fresh thyme or ¹ ₄ tsp. dried thyme

¹₂ tsp. salt

¹₂ tsp. pep­per

1 Tbsp. olive oil

¹₂ cup brewed cof­fee

¹₄ cup maple syrup

1 Tbsp. Di­jon mus­tard

2 tsp. Worces­ter­shire sauce

1. Sprin­kle pork chops with thyme, salt and pep­per. In a large skil­let, brown chops in oil. Re­move and keep warm.

2. Add the re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents to the skil­let. Bring to a boil; cook un­til liq­uid is re­duced by half.

3. Re­turn pork chops to skil­let. Re­duce heat; cover and sim­mer un­til the meat is ten­der, 10-12 min­utes, turn­ing once. Serve with sauce.
