I love that it comes to­gether so eas­ily with the short­cut of frozen bread dough and sim­ple in­gre­di­ents I al­ways have on hand.

How did you get your start in the kitchen?

I’m a small-town coun­try girl who comes from a fam­ily of good cooks. My 88-year-old mom taught us well—and she still cooks and bakes! I’ve passed it on to my sons, who now make this mon­key bread for their fam­i­lies. Di­ana’s Sticky Cin­na­mon-Sugar Mon­key Bread is on page 76.
