Dear child, what a beautiful heart you have! Your open, loving heart is repayment enough. I promise. As for your doubts, consider your church choir. You know that every voice has its own unique combination of pitch, timber and tone. Given that, how can the group sound so beautiful together?

It’s as though your

Father planted each part and, as each begins to sing, each draws out and grows the portion of the song meant for them. When every member of the choir approaches the song in this way, each chooses their perfect part of a beautiful whole, and the result is unique harmony.

Your destiny in Me is not so different: Your unique path is there waiting for you to live out. As you live out your part, your life blends beautifully and in harmony with every other who is living out their part.

How do you discover your own true strain? My

Helper brings the truth of it to your heart. That’s why it’s essential to keep your heart free from anger, hatred, greed and resentment—the better to “hear” the part of My melody that you’re supposed to sing. When you live out that truth—no matter how insignificant what you accomplish looks to the worldly—you provide that perfect thank you to your Father and Me. Love is the way and the destination—it sounds as though you’re on the right path. —Jesus to the disciples just before
