Loving no matter what
A READER ASKS
“Dear Lord, I’ve had regrets about dropping out of college to get married—and now my son recently announced he was doing the same thing! He won’t listen to reason and wait until he graduates, and I haven’t heard from him since we had a huge fight last week. I don’t want to lose him over this, but I’m already heartbroken. He had such a bright future. How do I watch him throw it away?”
Wisdom of the Word
Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.
—Paul in his second letter to the Corinthians, 13:11
