DISORDERLY CONDUCT >> Erica Jackson, 47, of the unit block of Glenn Circle, Erdenheim, was cited for disorderly conduct April 17 following a pedestrian stop at 12:30 p.m. at Bethlehem Pike and Glenn Circle, police said. An officer observed Jackson smoking marijuana as she was walking down the street, police said. WARRANT >> David Lewis, 55, of the 8300 block of Gilbert Street, Philadelphia, was taken into custody April 18 on an outstanding Philadelphia warrant for failure to appear, police said. Lewis went to New Frontier Outfitters, 9280 Ridge Pike, to purchase a firearm at 2:45 p.m. and when the store ran a check, the warrant showed up and he was taken into custody and turned over to Philadelphia police, police said. DISORDERLY CONDUCT >> Brendan Woods, 21, of the 1200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Oreland, was cited for disorderly conduct during a traffic stop for a suspended registration at 9:20 p.m. April 18 at Bethlehem Pike and Gordon Road, police said. Woods, a passenger in the vehicle, was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana, police said. PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS >> Layra D. Giron Pena, 46, of the 1000 block of East Lancaster Avenue, Bryn Mawr, was cited for public drunkenness at 1:06 a.m. April 21 following a verbal dispute at Plymouth and Ehrenpfort avenues, police said. THEFT >> Four copper downspouts were stolen from a home in the 400 block of Station Avenue, North Woods, between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. April 21, police said. The resident reported hearing a noise, but did not check to see what it was, police said.
