Ryan scored four goals and had four assists for Kutztown.
Venney tallied four goals and five assists for Bloomsburg.
• Misericordia field hockey freshman Jenna Whitman (Lansdale/north Penn) was named MAC Freedom Rookie of the Year.
Whitman has three defensive saves this season to lead the Cougars, who won the MAC Freedom championship with a 2-0 victory over Desales last Saturday. Misericordia faces Franklin and Marshall in the NCAA Division III tournament first round Wednesday.
Eastern University field hockey’s Ali Balmer (Perkasie/dock Mennonite) was selected to the MAC Freedom All-conference first team. A sophomore forward, Balmer had 12 goals and four assists overall — 10 goals and three assists in MAC Freedom games.
• Mansfield University’s Meghan Griffin (Sellersville/pennridge) was named to the ALL-PSAC field hockey second team at back while Kutztown’s Courtney Konowal (Plymouth Meeting/plymouth Whitemarsh) made the third team at midfield.
Griffin was one of three Mansfield players to play every minute of every game for the Mountaineers this season. She had two goals, three assists and a pair of defensive saves.
Konowal, a senior, earned ALL-PAC honors in each of four seasons at Kutztown. She had three goals and three assists for the Golden Bears in 2017.
