Ryan scored four goals and had four as­sists for Kutz­town.

Ven­ney tal­lied four goals and five as­sists for Blooms­burg.

• Mis­eri­cor­dia field hockey fresh­man Jenna Whit­man (Lans­dale/north Penn) was named MAC Free­dom Rookie of the Year.

Whit­man has three de­fen­sive saves this sea­son to lead the Cougars, who won the MAC Free­dom cham­pi­onship with a 2-0 vic­tory over De­sales last Satur­day. Mis­eri­cor­dia faces Franklin and Mar­shall in the NCAA Di­vi­sion III tour­na­ment first round Wed­nes­day.

East­ern Uni­ver­sity field hockey’s Ali Balmer (Perkasie/dock Men­non­ite) was se­lected to the MAC Free­dom All-con­fer­ence first team. A sopho­more for­ward, Balmer had 12 goals and four as­sists over­all — 10 goals and three as­sists in MAC Free­dom games.

• Mans­field Uni­ver­sity’s Meghan Grif­fin (Sellersville/pen­nridge) was named to the ALL-PSAC field hockey sec­ond team at back while Kutz­town’s Court­ney Konowal (Ply­mouth Meet­ing/ply­mouth Whitemarsh) made the third team at mid­field.

Grif­fin was one of three Mans­field play­ers to play ev­ery minute of ev­ery game for the Moun­taineers this sea­son. She had two goals, three as­sists and a pair of de­fen­sive saves.

Konowal, a se­nior, earned ALL-PAC hon­ors in each of four sea­sons at Kutz­town. She had three goals and three as­sists for the Golden Bears in 2017.
