How long in real estate?
What made you get into real estate?
It’s a field where I’m responsible for my own results and I was working as a tax accountant and saw how investors were flipping properties. I had helped someone fix up their property up North as a kid and thought I could help more investors.
What separates you from other Realtors?
Through sales training and negotiation experience, my clients get a better transaction.
Which neighborhoods/areas are your specialties?
Pompano Beach, Lighthouse Point, Deerfield Beach and East Fort Lauderdale. However, I’ve sold property from Riviera Beach to Hallandale, and from Weston to Parkland.
Describe your working style:
Persistent, determined, focused
What advice do you have for buyers?
Have your financing in place FIRST and use vision of what cosmetic changes you can make to a property. Often you need to make a decision and it’ll pay off. You are in competition with other buyers.
What advice do you have for sellers?
Residential real estate selling is a business transaction, and using a full-time trained salesperson will make the process more efficient and profitable.
What professional accomplishment makes you the most proud?
During one month at the bottom of the real estate recession, I was in the Top 10 in closed sales in the entire state of Florida at my former brokerage, a nationwide franchise.
What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I hand out at least 500 business cards every month and have visited over 20 countries.
