Sweet ways party people can bling in New Year’s Eve
Merry Christmas to all. By now you’ve defeated the ribbons and tags, opened the packages, boxes and bags, enjoyed the tringlers and fuzzles, showed off your pantookas, your dafflers and wuzzles. Bling in the New Year: Drake will be the star of the party at E11even (29 NE11th St., Miami), the 24-hour nightclub that also will have the Miami Heat’s resident music man, DJ Irie. We are still looking forward to the Drake dance contest to “Hotline Bling.” For your $300 advance ticket, you’ll get an open bar, passed hors d’oeuvres from 9 to 11 p.m. and the champagne toast at midnight. Spam and a ham: One of South Florida’s best party bands, the Spam Allstars, will perform at the Catalina Hotel and Beach Club (1720 Collins Ave., Miami Beach) for festivities that include four-hour premium open bar, gourmet buffet dinner, Latin Grammy winner Jorge Moreno and your host, actor Steven Bauer (“Scarface”).
