You don’t understand the meaning of ‘disenfranchise’

A devastating blow to Florida's disenfranchised Democrats! Really? Would you bemoan disenfranchised Republicans if Nelson & Gillum had won? I think not. Accept the results and quit whining. The word disenfranchise means to deny the right to vote, not to invalidate it.
