FAU Festival Rep
For the 20th year, Florida At- lantic University is holding its summer theater festival, which pairs professional actors working alongside graduate students in the final production of their academic careers before graduating. This year, FAU is staging “Sense and Sensibility,” a play based on the Jane Austen novel, and “Into the Woods,” the musical by Stephen Sondheim. The festival also will include two big-band concerts by the Florida Wind Symphony’s Jazz Orchestra at 7 p.m. July 15 and 2 p.m. uly 16 in the University Theatre
When: “Sense and Sensibility” though July 22; “Into the Woods” through July 30. “Into the Woods” opens this weekend. On the following weekends, both shows will run.
