KidSafe Foundation’s gala to ‘Shine the Light’ on child abuse
KidSafe Foundation will celebrate five years of helping children at their “Shine the Light” gala, to take place March 7, from 7 to 11p.m. at Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton. Guests will enjoy an evening of music, dancing, food prepared by award-winning chef Bart, silent and live auctions, and raffles. Prizes include golfing in Ireland, a safari in Africa, an exotic car driving experience in Las Vegas, a trip to The American Music Awards and tickets to NBC’s “The Voice.”
For sports-minded individuals, auction items include tickets to the ESPY Awards, a Hall of Fame signed football from Chris Carter and boxing gloves signed by Sugar Ray Leonard. The silent auction will feature jewelry, art, clothing, cosmetic procedures, local hotel stays, iPad, iPhone and more.
The “Shine the Light” gala is the creation of board member Lisa Campanelli and co-chairs Tara Gray and Karen Hamorsky. Sponsors include Planet Fitness, Arthur J.
