WHAT’S YOUR CARBON FOOTPRINT AND HOW CAN YOU REDUCE IT? The Unitarian Universalist
Fellowship of Boca Raton Environmental scientist and Lake Worth City Commissioner Christopher McVoy will teach guests about the sustainability of different energy sources including fossil fuels, solar, wind, nuclear, hydropower and geothermal. Guests will learn how the production and consumption of each of these energy sources affects the environment and what the term ‘carbon footprint’ means. They will then learn how to develop and implement a plan to reduce each household’s energy consumption.
