Bahia Mar’s baked salmon
Pineapple mango salsa
Q. Recently at a charity dinner at Bahia Mar there was an outstanding salmon dish with a pineapple sauce on the buffet. I am not a salmon lover, but this preparation could make me one. Any chance of getting the recipe? — Maryann Webel, Fort Lauderdale
A.
When I received the salmon recipe I was happy to read that the pineapple sauce Maryann mentions is actually a pineapple mango salsa. Perfect timing for mango season in South Florida.
